Martha Aldaco

EVP - Professional Development


As part of the AT&T Leader Lab Leadership Team, Martha Aldaco is the Lead HR Operations Specialist serving all AT&T domestic and international companies and employees. With digital globalization re-shaping our industry and accelerating our world today, Martha is dedicated to driving a culture of continuous learning by providing organizational metrics and development opportunities for professional and personal growth. Ms. Aldaco began her career with the company as a call center representative. During her tenure with AT&T, she has held various positions in Content and Emerging Services, Cloud Application Services, and video products. In 2011, she contributed to the development of a gaming application that received five U.S. Patents while managing the AT&T bi-lingual gaming content.

Personal Life

A native of Texas, Ms. Aldaco holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts in computer information systems from St. Edward’s University. A committed volunteer in the community, she is the liaison for OMI, a national nonprofit organization supporting youth, an event director for the National Diversity Council, and the EVP of Professional Development for HACEMOS Hispanic/Latino Employee Association, as well as a member of Women of AT&T. Ms. Aldaco comes from a family of 10 siblings where she learned that being accountable and having a strong work ethic are essential to achieving success in life. Martha currently resides in Dallas with her husband, and her passion is helping people navigate their careers and inspiring them to reach their full potential and professional goals.

Professional Life

Her technical knowledge and ability to forge cross-functional internal and external relationships allow her to deliver strong value for AT&T, its employees, and customers. Her philosophy of lifelong learning is to respond to change rapidly. In her current role, she is responsible for three business areas that drive strategic alignment and engagement around the company’s top priorities: Budget, Data Analytics, and Program Management. Her daily mindset ensures we strive to develop best-in-class leaders who stay focused on our customers with each new responsibility.
